Collective investment instruments in the Russian financial market

Abstract: The essence ofcollective investment is revealed. The legal regulation ofcollective investments in Russia is characterized. Collective investment instruments such as private pension funds, mutual funds and crowdfunding are consistently characterized. The main features ofthe functioning of these tools in Russian conditions are determined.
