Abstract: This paper analyzes the investment project of Kurkiy meet-processing plant modernization implemented by Agrompromkomplektatsiya-Kursk LLC using the project financing mechanism. The main project's social and economic factors were considered as well as the conditions for intensifying the project financing mechanism in the agricultural sector in Russia.
