Possible approach to risk management in software development projects

Abstract: The paper substantiates the need to improve the risk management of software development projects. It is concluded that risk management should be based on the customer interaction model (CRM model). A roadmap for improving the CRM model is proposed. The results of its practical use are analyzed.
