Abstract: The article examines the issues related to the state of public procurement in the Russian Federation in the contextof the COVID- 19 pandemic, examinesthe nature and features of the violations of legislatively establishednorms in the course of public procurement, presents indicators, evaluates their dynamics. The key reasons are revealed, ways of countering corruption manifestations are considered, solutions to existing problems are proposed.
