Development of Internet banking at the modern stage in Russia

Abstract: The article assesses the level of development of Internet banking at the present stage in Russia. The rating of banks' efficiency is analyzed and the legal framework governing the functioning of Internet banking is outlined. It has been suggested that under the influence of the pandemic, the development of Internet banking services has significantly accelerated, which is confirmed by the pandemic and quarantine measures of2020. Also, the main problems of Internet banking were identified and prospects for its further development in Russia were identified.
