Abstract: At present the systems of support for high-tech companies are being transformed. This article proposes tools to improve the methodology of assessment and distribution of high-tech projects by directions and measures of support by introducing the coefficient of diffusion of innovative products, as well as the system of ranking projects aimed at the development of the Russian economy within Industry 4.0, implemented by NTI.
