Abstract: In connection with the crisis in the global economy problems ofeconomic policy at the regional level has recently become even more relevant. In this paper, an algorithm formed and, on this basis, a model of the formation of social and economic development of the region, taking into account the identified priorities. Been evaluated and conclusions are drawn about the level of development of the region.
