New technologies of management as factor of efficiency growth of the industrial enterprises

Abstract: In article the role and potential opportunities of scenario technologies in management of the industrial enterprises as factor of growth of their efficiency are investigated. In modern conditions of managing top managers of the Russian industrial enterprises faced the requirement to replace with passive with active tools and methods ofplanning and forecasting. Potential of passive forecasts of development of the industrial enterprises gives the chance only to reduce the level of uncertainty of the future, and active forecasts allow to operate future. Positive characteristics and a scope of scenario technologies at business management of the industry are proved.
