State savings: formation, structure and improvement of use

Abstract: Process of formation of the state savings is shown in the article and the factors influencing it reveal. Dynamics of absolute and relative measures of the state savings is investigated. The structure of the state savings is analyzed, and ways of improvement of their use are offered.
