Abstract: In the Russian practice the accounting of all factors having impact on financial stability of the enterprises, their analysis, the forecasttaking into accountthe anti-recessionary actions which are carried out in economy of our country is important. Process of flexible response to the changing factors internal and environment in the way, including, uses of expert system is the most important element of research of financial stability of the enterprises for the purpose of its strengthening.
