Realization of «Six sigma» concept at manufacturing industry

Abstract: The fundamental principles of «Six Sigma» concept were analyzed. The realization of the concept on the example of the organization of the manufacturing industry «OSRAM» was described. The conclusions about the effectiveness of the concept in order to reduce the amount of defects at manufacturing organizations were made.
