Abstract: The article analyzes the development of the use of distributed registry technologies (blockchain) in various areas of the social and economic life of society. This technology is of interest for many industries in Europe and beyond. Being no longer a new trend in computer science, the blockchain is becoming every year an increasingly global, inter-industry technology, which is expected to contribute to the growth of the world economy over the next few decades.
