Reliability of power systems in the region as a guarantor of economic security

Abstract: The paper considers the problem of reliable supply of energy resources of the regional economy. The approach of rationing energy security indicators characterizing the reliability of power supply systems is presented. Each indicator is classified into three levels: normal, pre-crisis and crisis. The evaluation of the state of the energy sector in the region has been conducted with the help of the method proposed.
