The combined reinsurance covering: concept and formation

Abstract: The author considers need and proves possibility of creation of umbrella reinsurance of risks. As a basis of association of independent reinsurance coverages in a one reinsurance treaty, the author takes the law of large numbers and proves the effect of its application by the comparative analysis of the cost of reinsurance coverage.
