Authorized capital of Russian insurance companies: optimal value calculation

Abstract: The author views necessity of requirement toughening to authorized capital and offers approach to establishment of capital's standards. The author takes as a basis of calculation the index of level of insurance penetration based on relation of total insurance liabilities and equity capital.
