Methodological approaches to the assessment of the quality of the financial system of the region

Abstract: The article is devoted an actual problem of modern development of the Russian economy, which consists in creating conditions for improving the relevance of financial systems mesoeconomic (regional) level, as a tool for socio-economic development of subjects of Federation. In this issue highlighted the problem of estimating the regional financial system from the standpoint of the degree of adequacy of its objectives with the objectives of positive changes in regional economic complex, a common task which recognized the establishment of a relevant information base for making effective decisions on regulation of the status of the given object. The necessity to defragment the General problem on a number of premises, including task adjustment, and functional development of the institutional structure and the development of the elemental composition, the formation of the complete structure of functions and their rational distribution between the elements of the organizational structure of the regional financial system. The proposed definition of quality regional financial system, as a sharedobjectofevaluation and the necessity in the evaluation of a combination of qualitative and quantitative parameters.
