Abstract: The object of research is the concept of market activity and specificity of industrial corporations, the main indicators of its financial and economic situation, the mechanism of the effect of the cash balances in the current solvency and results of operations. A study of cash flow fiscal payments and its impact on the current liquidity of the Corporation, as well as the solvency in the long and short term The notion of «Tax policy of the enterprise» and the content of the stages ofits formation and implementation. Justify the inclusion of maintenance of financial stability as a function of the tax policy of the enterprise. Selected criteria and investigated to optimize the management features of the solvency of the company in the management of flows of fiscal payments. The concept of dynamic optimization of fiscal flows with a view to ensuring the required liquidity of current assets of the corporation.
