Abstract:
The article discusses controlling as an important tool of management of business organizations. Selected tasks and controlling functions, defines the role of controlling in the context of enterprise management tasks, the role of controlling in management decisions at different levels of management. In the article the essence of client-oriented controlling, presents the stages of development of the system implementation client-oriented controlling.
