Abstract: The article is devoted to problems of increase of competitiveness of the mining industry in Jordan, as well as ensure the effective growth of the economy through the development of public-private partnership. Identified key features of the mining industry in Jordan and its impact on the GDP and export revenues of the country. Developed directions of improvement of state-private partnership as factor of development of the mining industry in Jordan.
