Abstract: The article considers the organizational-economic bases of monitoring of satisfaction of the population quality, availability, and time of provision of municipal services. Given the characteristics of the monitoring process, its stages, sub-stages and features. Presents the author's vision of monitoring, its duration, sequence, inclusion in the overall process related with municipality structures and organizations.
