Abstract: The analysis of strategies of socio-economic systems of regions developed in some regions of the Central Federal district, showed the excessive commonality of policies designed during the implementation or to receive budgetary funds or funds of major private investors. The author believes that the development of regional strategies, it is essential to plan the introduction of market mechanisms, which POS-Valet not only attract funding, but will also enhance the use potential of the region.
