Optimization of the money turnover in Euroasian Economic Union member states

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of optimization and regulation of the money turnover in Euroasian Economic Union member states. It provides a brief description of the various factors that influence the money turnover structure and its optimization criteria. The experience of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan is analyzed. The author offers the basic directions of development of money turnover, and measures aimed at stimulating cashless payments.
