Development of expert-diagnostic system analysis of promising high-tech projects

Abstract: The article describes necessity of implementing high-tech projects in the industry, justifies the choice of software for development of an innovative decision support information system, and proposes architecture of expert diagnostic system for analysis of cost-effective business projects.
