Structure of public administration by labor protection

Abstract: The author in article it is considered structure of public administration by labor protection. It is revealed that the control system of labor protection in the Russian Federation has three levels of management: federal, regional and local that separate functions of management of labor protection carry out bodies of prosecutor's office, bodies of supervision and control, Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.
