Abstract: In the conditions of system financial and economic crisis when the number of the withdrawn licenses at banks and volumes of not returned credits has increased, the problem of a banking system consists in a solution of the problem of stability of clients, strengthening of a loan portfolio, increase in assets of banks via the sanitation mechanism.
