Abstract: The article actualizes the problem of rational use of sports facilities of sports and sports facilities and sports events during the year-round operation of sports facilities. The necessity of the use of marketing tools to maximize utilization of sports and sporting activities of sports facilities in the off-season consumer demand fluctuations.
