Abstract: The economic sustainability of enterprises of different types and their progressive movement towards a civilized market depends on many factors, among which an important place occupied by such instruments of influence, as the style and methods of management. Enterprise management under such conditions requires new leadership styles, methods and forms of organization for effective work.
