Abstract: Article is devoted to questions of organizational and economic development of a fishery complex ofRussia on the example of forming Far East the fishery cluster providing a complete cycle of production of high-quality products. As the most effective form of the organization of such cluster the option of public-private partnership which core an integrated approach to forming of effective production, conversion, logistic schemes of promotion and implementation of scarce and delicious seafood is represented is considered.
