Abstract:
In the article the processes of privatization of objects of ownership, which play an important role for the subsequent economic development of many countries. These processes in the early 90-ies became a tool of state regulation of economy in the transitional economy of Russia. A subsequent development of market relations in Russia also continue to be built through the use of the processes of denationalization and privatization. The authors suggest the algorithm of the process of privatization, which will allow to lower a corruption component, and to subsequently monitor the use of the privatized property.
