Model safe development and renewal economic growth in Russia

Abstract: The article describes the results of the operation in the current Russian model of development with economic security positions revealed its inferiority and hopelessness. Instead proposed security model, the implementation of which will facilitate the resumption of economic growth. It is shown that the material prerequisites for this are available.
