Transformation of role approach to management in terms of economic instability

Abstract: The roles of managers in the modern Russian society, as well as in the management of organizational units or teams have been analyzed in the article. The basic trends of changing these roles in the development of market relations in the Russian economy have been shown. The classification of managers' roles has been offered and related objectives have been identified.
