Business incubator as effective instrument of support and development of the entrepreneurship

Abstract: In the article the role business - incubators in support of entrepreneurial activity is proved, results of researches on the problems connected with development of network of business incubators as the most important elements of infrastructure for development of a small entrepreneurship are given, the Russian experience is considered, and also pluses and minuses business - incubators as basic element of entrepreneurial infrastructure and the directions of enhancement of their activities are planned are provided.
