Abstract: The article pays attention to the actual problem of increase of efficiency of labor potential due to the monitoring of labor potential. The estimation of level of competitiveness of labor potential of the organization. The author proposed 3 stages of the monitoring process of labor potential. The conclusions about the influence of education on improving the efficiency of workers in the retail trade.
