Abstract: The article considers position of the oil and gas complex in the structure of the economy and production of the Russian Federation. The main reasons of the crisis key events after 2014 are given in this article. It is proposed to use the regression model of revenue of the largest and most effective company in the industry. Learning the possibility of using model in the conditions of crisis and under uncertainty. The forecast of the final model is constructed.
