Abstract: In the article the results of investigations on the evaluation of the satisfaction of the teaching staff of higher educational institutions of the incentives and remuneration. The findings of appropriate motivational expectations of scientific and pedagogical workers methods implemented compensation policy of the government educational institutions of higher education.
