Abstract: The article considers various approaches to the definition and assessment of the international competitiveness of national capital markets. Based on the methods of international organizations, the authors propose a classification of the structural factors of the competitiveness of financial market. The analysis and the assessment of the level of international competitiveness of the Russian capital market are also provided in the article.
