Abstract:
Some factors of stimulating entrepreneurial activity in Russia are considered. Considerable attention is paid to problems of ensuring a positive solution to the problems of taxation of business structures in general and performing R & D in the Russian Federation. The list of tax privileges that have been widely disseminated in the activities of foreign countries and the Russian Federation is given, and mechanisms for improving the tax policy for improving the innovative sector of the Russian economy are suggested.
