Abstract:
In the article the author reflects the theoretical significance and content of Little's law in the business activity of a small public catering enterprise. The paper presents estimates based on the Little's formula and outlines the most important evaluation criteria for a small catering enterprise. In the article the main ways of effective use of Little's law in the business activity of a small public catering enterprise are systematized. The author formulates a conclusion that the Little's law defines time factor as the best way of measurement of commitment and loyalty of clients and also focuses work of small enterprise of public catering on lead time of orders.
