Innovation in business processes as a way of optimization logistics costs

Abstract: The article is devoted to the organization of production logistics in an industrial enterprise. The essence of production logistics is specified. Peculiarities of realization of logistic functions are considered on the example of Electromechanical production. The sphere of competences and interaction of divisions of the industrial enterprise during management of production and regulation of material streams is investigated. The problems of logistics system of procurement in the process of production and organization of the working space. The necessary components in the target directions of the system of organization of the material flow in the production process are determined. A system of indicators of the level of organization of the material flow in the logistics of production is proposed.
