Abstract:
In the article methodological problems of measurement of qualitative variables are considered, the interpretation of categories which significantly influence a choice of methods of measurement - additivity, latency, etc. is given. The author pays attention to features of measurement of signs intensive, qualitative, latent, the discrete and the continuous. Theoretical provisions are complemented with examples.
