Abstract: The article is devoted to the research of regional features of innovative and informational development of Russia. The authors analyze the regional features of the development of innovative activity, consider the of reasons inequality in the development of modern information technologies in the country. The article concludes that there is a clear regional differentiation of innovation and information development in Russia.
