Abstract: A conceptual model of the integrated application of innovative, informational and strategic management methods, digital economy tools for the selection and development of rational innovations implemented in the framework of regional educational and industrial clusters has been developed. A method for constructing a generalized model of increasing the economic efficiency of a set of organizations that are part of regional educational and production clusters has been proposed.
