Abstract:
Real estate Investment can be described as «classic Russian mechanism» throughout the process of its development has passed several stages: high/low demand; relatively low mortgage interest/lack of mortgages, etc. However, huge volumes of introduction of new housing, the market is still considered by a number of buyers as an investment with his +\\-, but it is worth noting that in some regions of Russia is a growing market with constant demand. This article analyzes the primary actions of the investor in the acquisition of real estate in order to generate income. The strengths and weaknesses of this process are analyzed, the results of which are formed conclusions.
