The lack of employment and flexibility of labour as the new trends of the information economy

Abstract: The article analyzes the trends in the development of the labor sphere in the conditions of digitalization and high turbulence of the economy, examines the phenomenon of labor flexibility, and reveals the causal relationship of modern trends in the spread of flexible employment. It is proved that labor flexibility is an effective tool to mitigate the consequences of future labor shortages.
