Abstract: In the field of national relations, most problems acquire political importance, and these problems can and should be solved at the political level. Political issues include such issues as the combination of national and international interests, the equality of nations, the free development of national languages and national cultures, the representation of national personnel in power structures, and the issue of national self-determination.
