State control as a tool to increase efficient use of budget resources

Abstract: In the context of ongoing reform of relations between business entities, state control is considered by the author as a determining vector for the development of the mechanism of legal regulation and an instrument for increasing the efficiency of the use of budget funds. The mechanism of implementation in the system of external and internal financial control is analyzed, attention is focused on the coordinating activities of state financial control bodies, endowed with rights and powers that ensure the solution of tasks. Measures are proposed to reduce losses of identified inefficient use of budget funds.
