Educationa ecosystems and inclusion: Implementation of the DUA to minimize learning barriers in the Early Childhood Education Level at the Santa Ana Institute

Abstract:
The educational ecosystem is a complex and changing environment where living beings and objects interact and influence each other, and where what happens at one ecological level affects the others, and thus profoundly affects the reality of the subject. This intervention plan arises with the intention of responding to the need for inclusion in the microsystem of the Santa Ana Institute, in the Argüello neighborhood of Córdoba, and as a way to have a positive impact in this regard. through inclusive education, which considers human diversity and heterogeneity in the classroom as a value worth highlighting in order to promote the construction of knowledge of each subject in their uniqueness through strategies appropriate for this purpose.In line with the above, the UDL (Universal Design for Learning) teaching approach provides the appropriate strategies to approach classroom work from a unique perspective, as it considers diversity from the outset in the teaching-learning process and classroom planning, minimizing any learning barriers that may arise in the group. This is thanks to the implementation of its three basic principles, developed based on knowledge of neuroscience and cognitive psychology theories. That is why teacher training through blended learning is proposed for the implementation of this teaching approach, using conventional strategies enriched with some ICT tools to promote the development of an inclusive environment in the early childhood classroom.
