Abstract: This study explores the evolving role of human resource audits in the modern banking sector, particularly within the context of digital transformation and strategic human capital management. The research highlights how HR audits have evolved from traditional compliance-focused mechanisms into strategic tools that align workforce capabilities with organizational objectives. Modern HR audits incorporate analytics-driven approaches focusing on workforce planning, digital upskilling, diversity, equity and inclusion, succession planning, and risk mitigation. By integrating ESG principles, artificial intelligence, and continuous auditing mechanisms, HR audits contribute to building a resilient, ethical, and future-ready workforce capable of supporting sustainable banking sector growth.
