Abstract:
At the forefront of all digital, virtual banking is today a tangible reality. This research aims to understand how digitalization improves the organizational efficiency of banks, To carry out this study , we proceeded to an inductive approach by carrying out “semi structured open” interviews with bankers and clients, followed by an analysis grid elaborated according to the various themes with the corresponding verbatims, parallel to our investigation , the main results indicates the impacts of digital transformation to the organizational efficiency of banks in Cameroun reveals that ICT impact the efficiency of bank organisation by facilitating access to bank services; ICT also permits banks personal to be more productive by acquiring greater task; ICT impact the efficiency of bank organisation by laying eliminating unnecessary jobs such as mail transportation and creating more opportunity for new jobs in the banking sector; ICT can help customers take control of their financial life by having access to their bank account 24h/24 also help in promoting future employment for the youths.
