Abstract: This paper detects the needs of students and graduates in terms of entrepreneurship. This analyze will let the responsible identify a support program and developed skills of students and young graduates. It focuses also on the importance of the education system (STEM and Non-STEM studies) and the impact of graduate live environment (Rural and urban area). The main conclusion that 3 % of candidates do not have the skills of creativity, innovation, leadership and management strategy. We also note that 1 % of students following STEM studies.
